Shipping policy
- Global Sales, excluding North America, are shipped from our office and mfg facility in Carrum Downs, Victoria, Australia.
- North American Sales are dispatched from our warehouse in Texas.
- LSM use preferred Carriers for individual areas and at our discretion including Aus post, USPS, DHL, and Startrack.
- Shipping rates are based upon carrier quotes and do not include local duties or destination charges.
- Tracking will be sent via email upon dispatch.
- For any lost items please contact place of purchase along with tracking and receipt number.
- Damaged items please send through images of damaged package and product.
- Packaging damage must be documented or any damaged item claims.
- Items with freight damage are to be retuned to place of purchase and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of LSM.
